焊接工藝評定WPQR
焊接工藝評定簡介
焊接工藝評定（Welding Procedure Qualification Record，簡稱WPQR) 為驗證所擬定的焊件焊接工藝的正確性而進行的試驗過程及結果評價。
1. 評定施焊單位是否有能力焊出符合相關國家或行業標準、技術規范所要求的焊接接頭；
2. 驗證施焊單位所擬訂的焊接工藝規程（WPS或pWPS）是否正確。
3. 為制定正式的焊接工藝指導書或焊接工藝卡提供可靠的技術依據。
1. 適用于鍋爐，壓力容器，壓力管道，橋梁，船舶，航天器，核能以及承重鋼結構等鋼制設備的制造、安裝、檢修工作；
2. 適用于氣焊，焊條電弧焊，鎢極氬弧焊，熔化極氣體保護焊，埋弧焊，等離子弧焊，電渣焊，螺柱焊，激光焊，壓力焊等焊接方法。
1. 預焊接工藝指導書（Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification，簡稱PWPS)；
2. 施焊試件和制取試樣；
3. 檢驗試件和試樣；
4. 測定焊接接頭是否滿足標準所要求的使用性能；
5. 提出焊接工藝評定報告對擬定的焊接工藝指導書進行評定。

歐盟焊接工藝評定適用范圍
